Sangha Café presents Mantra & Kirtan Sessions

!!!IMPORTANT NOTE: THIS EVENT IS NOT HOSTED IN OUR PREVIOUS LOCATION!!!

We decided to continue the Mantra & Kirtan Sessions in a new location that we can use one evening per week! Come join us!
The address is Martinikerkhof 11 and the entrance is a bit difficult to find. There are multiple doors to this building and the one we’ll use is a glass door opposite one of the side entrances to Forum, close to the public, underground bike storage next to Feithhuis. There is no door bell, so there will be a volunteer at the door to let you in. This is also why we cannot let in people after we’ve started! So come on time if you want to join.

Schedule

🔘Open for everyone!
🔘 After 19:00 the doors will be closed
🔘 To participate, one does not need to be a musician
🔘 If you want to join with your own mantra’s or bring an extra instrument, you are welcome to do so. Talk to us beforehand or        send a message
🔘 You are welcome to just come and listen, singing along is not obliged
🔘 There will be printed out papers with lyrics and chords
🔘 You are not obliged to stay for the whole session, you can leave early if you want!

🔘 During the Mantra’s & Kirtan we prefer as much silence as possible between songs. Only important talks allowed to create a nice flow

Mantra Kirtan
Mantra and Kirtan singing is an ecstatic form of music in which we dive into the mystic power of the divine names and let us carry ourselves with this vibration to deeper parts of our consciousness.

With singing Mantra’s and Kirtan we can  learn to develop a love relationship with the Divine. Among other tools, meditation and music are two of the main vehicles to develop this relationship! We welcome you to experience this with us.
